The house is in excellent condition. It is comfortable, quite, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner is caring, and easy to communicate with. The house's location is also perfect. It provides the best that the nature in Marin county has to offer (close to the beach, beautiful hiking trails,..) while being really close to the City life (15 minutes from GG bridge and downtown SF). The view was beautiful and the surroundings were quite peaceful. 1 year lease, no smoking, street parking. Please take care of place as if it is your own...
