Go down the boat road to the boat launch ramp. You will see several vehicles parked at the mid level parking lot including a brown van and white ford pickup. From the boat ramp, one travels by river, upstream, three-quarters of a mile to a turn on the right for a small creek. It has reflective orange plow stick marking it. Travel up the creek, you will see a house on the right...travel past the house two turns to the left, about another quarter mile. you will see orange flagging on the left marking the entry to the property next to a plywood property sign with no marking on it. You should be able to see the outhouse from the creek. You're traveling through Alaska Tok Cutoff Pass Road to some of the most pristine wilderness in Alaska. To call this area rural is to do it injustice. It is wild, grizzly and moose country. The kind of land where you fight for every inch that you take and Mother Nature takes back whatever you leave behind for more than a year.
