Road to south border of property is an easement from intersection of Northwood and Maple. Local neighbor mows the easement in summer. The parcel is fully wooded. There's a small cabin directly south of the parcel, so I imagine getting electrical to it wouldn't be expensive. Where it T's at North Wood st, turn right, go all the way to end of easement, and left or north is the parcel. It was zoned when I bought it. He put up stakes and flags.
