Just off the kitchen is a door leading to a very large deck overlooking the bay. This is a stunning view. Take a short walk down the path to the beach and explore. You also have the option of having your very own dock as some material (rock) is already in place. There’s depth enough for a small boat or watercraft.There’s also a fire pit area, a storage shed measuring 16’x 14’ and garden to grow your own vegetables. This cabin is heated with cozy oil stove. There is no water well, but the current owners always had plenty of water from rain water that fills the 2 large water tanks. New survey will be provided.
