Great 5 acres on SE 15th in Choctaw.........I have attached a copy of a pin survey that shows the 5 acres could be divided into 2.51 acre tracts , but the seller wants to sell the entire 5 acre tract rather than divide. No deeds have been filed to divide the 5 acre tract. Also, according to the survey there is a natural gas pipeline that runs east & west along SE 15th.....The gas line on the east side of the acreage at the front of the easement would have to be reset due to the depth of the line from the surface if you needed to make a driveway...On the west side of the acreage at the front, you should be OK for a driveway. There is a fence at the North end of 5 acres. Scattered trees throughout. The owner has already brought in some dirt for the building pad more to the west side. Use to be a Home site years ago.
