Located 0.75 of a mile east of the Rocker B Sports Ranch on Chaney Lane, Cowboy Crossing Ranch consists of 318.291 acres and is 4 miles west of Graford, TX. It has excellent frontage along State Highway 254 and Chaney Lane. Nestled in the valley floor of the Palo Pinto Mountain Region below McClure Mountain, the ranch is relatively flat to gently rolling pasture land with approx. 90 feet of elevation change and deep, productive soils.
