This property offers great access for hunting with the westerly winds that we have for the majority of the hunting season. The food plot that is carved out in the northern half of the property makes it easy to hunt with southwest winds on the plot. The tillable to the west is the main stay for the deer at night which makes this property ideal for catching the deer before and after they're done with the big destination fields. The property is mostly great bedding which allows the deer to feel comfortable as they move around on the property. Plenty of tree stand locations on the southern half in the more mature timber for hunting the north winds and accessing off the township road. The perfect place for a plot would be off the west of the neighbor's house in the middle, you could access from the NW lane and slide into a blind overlooking a plot that could be rather large in size if one wanted to. I don't see why you could have an acre or more size plot. There are numerous building locations as well, with over 1700' of road frontage on County Road 49 and Township Road 37.
