Small cozy , cabin for rent in rural East Tennessee. The cabin is approx 9 miles from the small town of Sneedville. The town offers basic shopping needs a hospital and medical center. The cabin is rural surrounded by mountains and cow pastures on a private drive. The cabin is located on our property we do live on the property. You have plenty of privacy. Two other residents that live on top of the mountain have access to the private drive. The cabin is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Full size bed, kitchenette, bath with shower. The cabin does not have a washer or dryer there is a laundry mat in town. The cabin is perfect for a single occupancy ONLY. We are quiet and looking for a quiet renter who enjoys the quiet countryside. We do raise chickens and turkeys and couple roosters that we do occasionally let them free roam. Renter will have to be comfortable with farm animals. Water, trash, electric, Satellite TV, internet and lawn maintenance is included in the rent. Unfortunately the cabin is unsafe for children due to high sleeping loft, stairs and porches. No pets allowed due to our farm animals. Please note: Cabin is in the Appalachian mountains and we have abundance of wildlife. Coyotes, Bears, Deer and little critters. We require proof of employment, credit check and renter's insurance is required. This is a 1 month lease. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. No pets.
