    This listing was last revised on or about 3.22.2025 to primarily reflect a recent meeting with the Sussex County Planning and Zoning Department (SCPZD). At said meeting, representatives of SCPZD confirmed that the originally listed 2 parcels did not have to be sold together. And that the 50-ft access easement could continue to be owned by the seller and the buyer of the primary parcel, after the sale, would have access to that parcel VIA the access easement. This secluded, unimproved, wooded property of nearly 4.27 +/- acres is blessed with a central drainage feature (not a tax ditch) that nearly dissects the property in two. The property is in a fantastic central location that is situated less than 3 miles from downtown Milton, a few minutes from Coastal Hwy (Route 1), and its location affords quick access to beaches and shopping at Lewes (less than 12 miles) and Rehoboth Beach (less than 14 miles).
