This is a land with out a road to it but you can walk to it , about 500 meter from the water retention ponds back of " Lake Buena Vista Factory outlet Mall " having boots and long pents. Another way to come closerto the land is fom Sunrise Plaza of Osciola countu on the south. None of the existing owners, to my knowledge, did survey of these Mungerland properties. We are waiting for big developers to come in for commercial development like the outlet mall, sunrise plaza and expensive British fractional ownership " Lake Buenavista Resort Villa Spa came in just around 5 years giving me a chance to enjoy my investment . These have been like a lottery ticket without loosing the $2 but guaranteed gain - only catch is, you need to wait or have enough financing to develop by yourself.
