In 0.4 miles at the Wellington Estates sign stay to the right. Continue down toward the river about 1.4 miles until you come to the Lower Road sign (see the attached picture). Go straight at the sign (ignore the no trespassing signs). After passing through one 40 acre parcel you will be on our property...and yes, it does extend all the way to the river and beyond. Turning left takes you to parcel 1023-17-001-020 and parcel 1023-17-001-022 (this parcel also has access from Hoye Canyon Road and is at the left bend in the road). Continuing on takes you to parcels 1023-17-001-006 and 1023-00-001-025. Turning right instead of left takes you to parcel 1023-17-002-008 (pending) then to parcel 1023-17-002-009.
