There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom; one small and one large bedroom. The first floor has a living room and an open kitchen/dining room combo. There is a covered front porch and a small covered back porch. The front half of the yard is included with the rental. The back half is used by the landlord for gardening and composting. There is no designated parking spot with the rental, unless the tenant opts to pay $100 monthly for a spot on the landlord's property. There is a spot available on the street in front of the house.
