Sleeping Arrangements - Comfortably sleeps 12 guests in total. There are three spacious bedrooms with queen beds , convertible sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress and we have a large air mattress available for use. Kitchen - The kitchen, updated in 2021, is fully stocked with all essentials pots and pans, table wear, countertop appliances. It is equipped with a commercial gas burning range and stove, apron-front kitchen sink and high-end linens. The countertops are a beautiful white quartz with waterfall island and the cabinets are dark blue with bronze hardware. All new appliances including French door fridge and new dishwasher. Common Areas - The bright, cozy living room has a large 70-inch Smart TV with all the apps ready for your use. - The dining room adjoining the kitchen has a country style dining table that seats 6 and is perfect for sharing a meal with your family and friends. - The expansive back patio overlooking the countryside is a great location to take in the surroundings, enjoy early-morning coffee. One of the best spaces in the house, it is setup with a BBQ, a hammock, a swimming pool. This home has central heat and AC and Wifi access. Tenant responsible for electricity, propane, water and trash. This a farmhouse with a huge yard which needs maintenance. Also, there is a 6-ft deep gorgeous pool which should be maintained by the tenants.
