This house built in 1800 is located in the historic village of Greenwich in upstate New York. It sits approximately 100 feet from the banks of the Batten Kill a world renowned trout stream, where fishing is currently permitted year round. The house was for many years a two-family home, the floor plan is laid out for one kitchen, one living room, three bedrooms and one bath room in each side; duplex style with each having an upstairs and downstairs. The house has a full basement and slate roof with clap board siding. I purchased the house as a restoration project but have yet to have time to do anything with it, as such for the right price I would consider turning my dream project over to a new owner.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
