The cabin is a hybrid timber frame house, with a sturdy 6inch thick timber framing skeleton for the main support. The Large Fireplace, together with thick R-19 to R-21 Insulation in 6ich walls and endless Firewood right outside your door, will keep you warm and cozy, no matter the weather. It has indoor plumbing: A flushing toilet and propane heated shower on demand, connected to a rain water collecting system on one side, and a small septic system on the other, makes the mountain experience accessible for everyone. A small solar system lights up the night with dimmable switches! It brings enough power, to also keep your devices charged with the built in plug ins, and to enjoy a movie in the evening on the flat screen TV (or two, in summer time). Fresh, clear mountain air makes healty and Hungry! But no worries, there is a hybride fridge and a propane powered cooktop, as well as plenty of storage space for pots and food so you don’t have to skip a meal. The Cabin consists of one main living room, a small room for storage, a bathroom (Toilet& Shower) and a sleeping loft, tall enough to walk upright and large enough to fit two queen sized beds plus a twin sized one if needed. The walls have recently been insulated and finished with drywall. They will come freshly painted for the new owner and some trims that might be missing on some photos will be added too! (Photos of the upstairs, bathroom and storage room will be added in the net couple days!) The Westwards facing Terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a Barbecue with your family (and the propane BBQ that comes with it!) the House gives a nice Shade on it for the first part of a hot Day. But wait, we are just getting started! There also is a rustic log barn with a paddock made with solid wooden fences. Originally built to house horses, and ready to keep yours contained and out of the weather if needed. Ready to explore together! Or- our idea, if we would have stayed longer: turn it into a second cozy cabin with a fenced garden (fertile, organic biomass has already been accumulated, and would give you amazingly fertile soil for a rich garden next season). There is an established livestock water trough raised bed that has already proven its natural power! Our personal favorite part: A large fire-heated Hot tub especially for cold winter days (or nights!) the place to warm up Body, Mind and Soul The Property comes with a titled 25ft RV that has served us as extra storage. To make sure you can enjoy this place any time, a set of two snow mobiles on a tilt trailer is included as well. The snow mobiles are in good running condition and will bring you in and out, even when the high mountain area gets large amounts of snow.
