The kitchen has a 4 burner electric range and stove, standard refrigerator, and extra storage closet. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (no bathtub). There is an efficient monitor (kerosene) heater with a "power saver" setting. There is no AC although it is comfortably cooler in the summer with breezes in the afternoons. No laundry facilities.
