Best NYC NEIGHBORHOOD …. SCHOOLS ARE GREAT , SO SAFE, STORES on Austin but private abd peaceful in the gardens …. Really great abd the reason we moved here NO neighbors so you don’t have to worry about noise or complaining . Easy 3 exit choices so it’s safe and convenient One bedroom has a walk in closet or can used as a JR bedroom which would make this unit a 3BR.. My wife uses it as a she-shed so it’s a walk in closet plus get away nook . Very lovely and very versatile Modernized every room since we moved in … so much character … Fire place in living room which is attached to kitchen which makes it so cozy We are 1/2 underground on the 1st floor so temperatures stayed cool . The floor above is easier to look it in but our unit is difficult as in order to look in you have to bend over so it’s more private than other ground floor units .. only face we’ve ever seen in a window is one of a baby The maintenance, fireplace , walk in closet , school zones , and that there’s a lot of options make this place ideal
