I have a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and I'm looking to rent two of the bedrooms, ideally to friends or existing roommates. The two available bedrooms are located on the main floor with the living room, kitchen and a bathroom. My room and living area are on a separate floor, I work in an office 45 hours a week, and I don't cook so you will barely see me. The neighborhood is in a great location on a quiet block and there is plenty of parking and a huge back yard. I'd prefer something long term but would consider short term under the right circumstances.
