Everything in the cabin stays, 2 queen beds, single bed, futon queen and futon single, bedding, living room furniture, dinning table and chairs, Pottery Barn bar stools, microwave, complete kitchen including pots pants, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, and coffee pot. Also included are propane tanks, crab pots and line, tools and new barbecue. All you need to bring is food. House is completely wired for AC, you just bring your food and a generator.
