I am the tenant and will be moving to a different neighborhood. I'm hoping to find someone to sublet as my lease still runs through August. It's near where 6th ave meets Greenwich Ave on the 9th floor and the view is amazing. It's a beautiful building with elevator, laundry downstairs, and great staff (live-in super and very helpful/friendly doormen). There are three closets (two are walk-in), beamed ceilings, old casement windows, hardwood floors throughout, dressing room, bathroom with vintage sink, etc. Even with covid there are tons places all around just steps away, from markets to coffee to restaurants, CVS, post office, cobbler, gardens, parks, shopping, everything. A/C/E and B/D/F/M are around the corner, 1 two blocks further, 1/2/3 a few more blocks. Looking for someone responsible and employed, that will love this place as much as I have, and can either stay long-term or at least through August - up to you. Ideally move-in would be early December but we can arrange what works. Rent is reduced to $3300. Cats only, no dogs.
