It is conveniently located and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We spend time there during the summer months. The Harbourview Condominium is a secure, elevator serviced building with key entry and intercom. We have leased to Armed Service Officers attending the Newport Naval War College over many years. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Your personal belongings are all you need to bring with you. Lease term is 9-9.5 months: September 1, 2026 until May 31, 2027, unless Armed Services Officers attending Newport Naval War College, who may rent until graduation in mid June 2027.
