Well maintained seasonal cottage at Lake Hayward...many recent improvements...light and bright interior, nice sun porch (used for guests as additional sleeping with new windows), large deck, close to Lake for swimming (4 beaches), kayaking, paddle boats, fishing, and many activities at pavilion just down the road. In the distance see the horses and the open space that town of East Haddam purchased. East La is a very short road with little traffic total of 4 homes or cottages. Great place to vacation from April 15-Nov 5th. Electric has been updated, septic has a newer tank, living room, kitchen, sunroom walls and ceilings have been freshly painted. A very large tree out front is now gone- no worries of a limb coming down any longer. Nice storage under the cottage or the large deck. A must to see.
