As you can see from the pictures, the kitchen is gorgeous, and so is the rest of the home! There is also a spacious bedroom and full-sized bathroom on the first floor! Off the dining area is a private deck that overlooks the lovely, fenced in backyard for your privacy and quiet outdoor enjoyment! The second floor has another bedroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There are hardwood floors on the second floor. The basement is where you will find the washing machine and dryer. Please note: The rest of the basement is for the owners use only. This is where they will store their personal belongings, etc. This beautiful, furnished home is available for occupancy very soon and is available through June 1st, 2023 (date may be negotiable too!). The rent is $1,700 for one person, $2,000 for two (max) including the heat. Tenants will pay their own electricity and internet. First and security, credit check and references are a must! So sorry- absolutely no pets allowed! This is a non-smoking home and property! Tenants are responsible for the snow removal. There is a $35 application fee per adult applicant.
