Cox internet is provided. Utilities not included: electric, gas, cable tv, streaming service. Tenant to bring their own streaming service (firestick, appletv etc.) to be used for TV if needed. Parking information will be required for tenant vehicles that are too large for garage parking. Small dog will be considered and pet deposit will be determined by owner.
