The Black Tract is an 80+- acre recreational hardwood timber investment tract located in Lowndes County in the Black Belt region. It is approximately 17 miles west of The Montgomery Regional Airport off Highway 80 and a few minutes' drive east of the Southern Sportsman Lodge.
