Built in 2019 by a local contractor, this 24 ft long Tiny Home is road-ready and has both fresh and gray water tanks installed with 50-gallon capacity each! The Tiny Home has Rockwool insulation, built-in storage, a queen-sized loft bed, and includes all appliances in the photos! The mini-split system keeps the home comfortable year-round, while the metal roof and cabin-like feel add charm and warmth! All the built ins have made the space a unique and wonderful experience. It has a 50-gallon freshwater tank in one of the stair cubbies and there is a 50-gallon gray water tank that is stored under the floor. The appliances are all included as well as the couch, tv and 2 wall storage units (one at kitchen sink another above toilet). The refrigerator/freezer is a propane/electric option, the cooking stove/oven is propane, heart stove can be natural gas or propane. The mini split is electric and rated for 9000 btu. The mini split system should be removed from the mounting bracket before transportation. The ladder to the second loft has a hanging bracket to hang from the wall for get out of the way when desired. We have bags for the composting toilet as well that is included. We have a queen size bed in the loft space as shown in the set of pictures for space reference. We personally had the bed pushed to one side and had a small nightstand on the other side. To make room for the princess chocolate lab dog bed.
