This is one of the nicest home sites on the market. Excellent tree cover from a variety of oaks, good soils and some views. River Bend is a gated subdivision and has many very nice homes and the location is less than 10 minutes to downtown. There is not a well in place but the underground water is this area of the county is excellent.
