Shared room with a nice guy (3rd year cal poly student, will give his number once application is complete). It's located right next to cal poly SLO's bussiness building! This room is furnished with a twin size bed against the wall, a walk in closet, a table and chair! There's two full bathrooms. The living room is very spacious and comes with a tv. The kitchen is kind of spacious and has a kitchen table (the other three guys fully moved in, including the roommate). The laundry is in the building and accepts Apple Pay ($2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry). So the current roommates don't seem 420 or vape friendly :( so smoking has to be done outside (lame I know)
