The process of the sublease is fairly straight forward and is done through building management. I love everything about the apartment from layout to view. The location is super convenient to everything: seconds away from the North Williamsburg Ferry stop and 7 minute walk to the L train. I currently pay $3800/month. If you are interested, I am willing to sublease the apartment fully furnished for a higher price (with a different sofa than what's shown in the photos).
