Bedroom is the biggest room in the house and could easily fit 2 queen beds with room leftover. 1 walk in closet and one non walk in closet in bedroom. Filled with windows, there are 5 in the bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout. Bathroom has seperate shower and claw foot tub so you don't have to pick! Laundry is tucked away in a room through the hallway. Beautiful back porch surrounded by trees and plenty of privacy. This is a true gem that I am unfortunately letting go of to move into a house with my partner. Owner pays for water sewer and trash. Tenant pays for electric and internet, although internet is usually shared with downstairs neighbor. Pets are considered based on landlords ability to meet the dog/cat and assure they are well mannered. There is a pet fee. Parking is on street but no hourly time limits or need for a zoned parking permit- parking is not a hassle.
