New construction (completed in June 2021) - ultra upgraded townhouse, brand new appliances, custom window treatments, picturesque neighborhood backing up to the Eagle bike park. I'm currently renting this property and have been here a year and half (since it was built). I'm looking to find a subtenant (up to June) or if long term lease is desired, ok to go direct through landlord. It's a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
