Very roomy, in a quiet area. The apartment is right by the river and is a short walk to campus. The lease is for the Master bedroom which has its own bathroom and comes with furniture if needed. There is also a dog park near by, a small gym, a pool, and free tanning! I signed a lease here but I'm no longer staying in Radford so I need somebody to take over the lease. It wouldn't be a sublet, its just the only way greenhill will let me out of the contract. It would be super easy and wouldn't require any extra work.
