We are current residents of Oak Grove Village and are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease. We can't say enough positive things about the office staff and maintenance personnel (as well as the fellow residents) and we have really enjoyed living here. We are moving because my wife is going to go to graduate school in Boston (which is also where I work) so we are going to move right downtown.Oak Grove Village is located next to the Oak Grove T Stop in Melrose. I work near TD Garden and have a quick 25-minute commute by T (including walk time). It takes my wife only 15 minutes on the T to get right into downtown.Our apartment is one of the largest here at Oak Grove (1163 sq. ft.). It's a 3rd floor corner unit in an elevator building. It has high ceilings, lots of windows and sunlight, a fireplace, a huge kitchen with island, and great closet and cabinet space. One of our favorite things is that we rarely hear noises from the neighbors and we have never had complaints about being too noisy ourselves (even with an 18-month old baby). Another thing we love is the "Best Italian Restaurant in Melrose", Bobby C's (http://www.bobbycsmelrose.com/), which is located just across the street.We'd be happy to send you more pictures or answer any questions you might have.
