The Tooke House was built for the Tookes in 1922 and remains in the family to this day. It is an historic contributing structure and is listed on the State Registry. In 2001, the house was beautifully restored and updated by descendent, Dr John Andrews. Except for the 2001 additions, all of the house is original yellow pine and cypress with double cypress siding. Additions include a carport on the west side and large utility and storage rooms on the east side. The house sits on a waterfront half acre. Another half acre is available.
