THE CONDO The King BEDROOM is full of personality from the gorgeous Pottery Barn "Paulsen" reclaimed wood bedroom collection to the Soft Textured Ceramic Lamps and the rustic wall decor providing a rustic and relaxed environment you won't want to leave. A 32 inch ROKU TV with free access to Sling TV, YouTube TV and the new DISNEY + as well as access to your own Netflix and HULU accounts, and seating for one increases the comfort level. Soft drapes along with sheer curtains block out the daylight when needed to ensure a great nights’ sleep. Across from the bedroom is a large spacious bathroom with a separate shower and tub and a huge mirror to get ready for your busy day ahead. We scored an amazing picture of a horse at Kirkland's that we just love and hope you do to. Next is the large full KITCHEN with all the items you need to prepare that amazing family meal when warranted. It is complete with a Keurig single cup and carafe coffee maker, Nespresso machine, small appliances one would expect, a new bronze Pfister faucet, granite counter tops, and all you would expect in a turn-key kitchen. As you enter the LIVING ROOM you will be welcomed with lots of amazing views out onto the large furnished deck, the pool area and nature in general. Sit in the new Pottery Barn "Irving" Leather Chairs, a classic club chair that offers extreme comfort as you watch TV or read a good book by the fireplace. Our couch is a full sleep sofa with a new memory foam mattress for added comfort that offers our guests a cozy spot to sit, relax and put your feet up on the Crate & Barrel ottomans which also serve as the coffee table. The dining area seats 4 guests on our new Pottery Barn Havana "Sea-grass" chairs while viewing the outdoors, the living room and the living room TV. The deck is the largest deck at Black Creek and has seating for 6 guests, an umbrella and amazing views. Gaze out at the pool and watch other family members enjoying the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.
