Deposits are as follows 1st last and security deposit of the rent amount. we are pet friendly upon approval of the animal with vet papers. Dog fees are as follows 250 non refundable deposits with a 40.00 monthly fee Cat deposits are as follows 150.00 non refundable deposit with a 20.00 monthly fee. all fees for pets are due at time of move in. Unfortunately at this time we can not accept payment plans for move ins. sorry for any inconviences this may cause. We do background checks and will also do verification of employment and that will need to be provided prior to move in as well.
