Hi! I am looking to sublet 2 rooms in my huuuuuuuuge townhouse. There are three floors with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus a carpeted basement with a lot of room, a treadmill, and free laundry. The 2 rooms that are listed here are on the second floor and share a full bathroom between those two bedrooms. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor that is available to all occupants (including the third-floor occupant). I am a 33-year old lawyer, and I am looking for other respectful professionals to sublet to. I am friendly but also keep to myself. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! Some of the lease terms include: 1. NO smoking in the unit. When smoking outside, please be mindful of the other unit owners. 2. NO loud music after 10pm. 3. Occupancy is limited to the names on this sublease.
