New tenant would sign a new lease with the property until May 2017, and then have option to renew...6 month lease at a 12 month price! Luxury fixtures, huge kitchen, fireplace, soaking tub, great closet space, 1 covered garage parking space included in rent, in-unit washer/dryer, outdoor pool and hot tub. Pet friendly. Walking distance to Wellington T station - building also provides a shuttle. Awesome park around the building along Malden River at Tufts Boathouse - great place to walk dog or go for a run. I really love this apartment and am very sad to go - its the best of both worlds - city and quiet, convenient living. I am flexible on move-in date to a degree. Lease ends in May but can renewed for a year after that.
