Condo comes with attached garage, room for another two cars in driveway, plus additional overflow/visitor parking. Renter responsible for all bills except sewer and HOA fees. Pets limited by association to 2 cats + dogs, pets will require an additional $500 security deposit. Prefer solid long-term tenants with 2 year lease
