The tenant will be required to have first month's rent, and a security deposit of $2,200, at the time of the lease being signed for move-in. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee, and due at the time of the signing of the lease. Aggressive breeds of dogs are not allowed to be be housed on the property at any time. The house is non-smoking, and is only permitted outside of the house. Use of illegal drugs on property is non-permissible. Adults on the lease agreement are required to file an application. Application fee is non-refundable, and is used to acquire a credit report check and a background check on the applicant.
