I am looking for students or professors who are attending Suny university. It's a room/studio with a private bathroom, and it has its entrance. It's a fully furnished room, and you can move in right away without buying anything. The house is quiet all the time, so it is excellent for students to study. The patio is also Included. No party or pets are allowed. Although the place is close to school, I still recommend you to have transport tools, because walking to school may take you around 20~25 minutes (probably 15minutes for biking and 5 minutes for car). You don't need to pay for internet, garbage, and water, but electronic fees are not included ($30 in summer and $60 in the winter.) This room is clean and quiet in a safe area, perfect for students or professors to study. You hardly find a place compare to this one with that price.
