The building management team, led by Chris, Josh, and Miro, is second to none responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in keeping the building clean, safe, and well-run. Getting Around The Newport (7-min walk) and Hoboken (12-min walk) PATH stations are both a short walk away, with trains running to 33rd Street in about 16 minutes. The commute is reliable and convenient. Food and Groceries Within a two-minute walk: Dun Huang, Efi's Gyro, Blue Anchor, Bwe Cafe, Bangalore Kitchen, Solaz, Menya Sandaime, Chef Tan, Yuan, Paris Baguette, Roasted, and Starbucks. The Newport Mall is about seven minutes on foot. Morton Williams is attached to the building, with a fully sheltered path through the garage no umbrella needed when it's raining or snowing. Fitness The rooftop gym was recently updated with new equipment including a stair master, treadmills, and ellipticals. Newport residents also get a discount at Newport Swim & Fitness, which offers year-round pool access, yoga, spin, and dance classes, plus a larger gym. Outdoors and Recreation Step outside and you're on the Newport waterfront boardwalk with stunning views of the skyline. In summer, there's a mini water park two minutes from the entrance, plus a small beach and regular events in the park music, theater, performances. Pickleball courts open up for roughly eight months of the year, free of charge, with players of all levels. In winter, the space converts to an ice skating rink with skate rentals. Two tennis courts on top of the garage are available to reserve. Three dog parks sit within a five-minute walk.
