The heart of the house is the dining room, featuring an oversized table that comfortably seats eight. Off the dining room, the fully stocked kitchen contains all major appliances and necessities. The home includes four bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an additional flat-screen TV with Roku, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen-size bed, and Bedroom 4 has two twin-size beds along with a washer and dryer. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the interior. The property boasts ample green space in the front and back, ideal for children and families with pets. A community game area offers seating, a grill, and games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. We are pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft service the area, and parking is available for guests. The house features a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated for maximum privacy and flexibility, with support available if needed. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste will incur additional cleaning charges.
