Cost: One-bedrooms range from $1,450-$1850 per month and 2-bedroom units range from $2,450-$2850. Security deposit equals one month's rent and is due at lease signing. Lease Duration: Leases are for one year. Parking: Surface lot parking included in rent. Garage parking available for $75/mo, depending on availability. Onsite Fitness Center: Available for use by tenants 24/7/365. We are pet friendly! There are no breed or size restrictions. In fact, we love big dogs and cats! Two pet max.
