One Saint Helens is right off the 705 and has easy connection to the I-5 North/South. Drive to Joint Base Lewis-McChord is approximately 20 minutes as well as approximately 40 minutes to downtown Seattle. If you are looking for an exceptional location, friendly, small, warm residential community this is for you. Rent is $1250 a month, and includes one parking space.
