Both main suites have king sized beds, beautiful linens and TV's. One with with Apple TV and the other is a smart TV + cable. Third bedroom has a lovely view of the back garden and pond. Pass thru sitting area with loads of books and a comfortable chair to relax and read. Full size laundry room on the 2nd floor with large wash tub. Outside you will find 2 acres of open land with direct views of Stillwater Pond. When cold enough the pond freezes over. It's not uncommon to spot the neighbors ice skating. We have several sizes of skates in the basement. Home office located on the lower level. Loads of windows, a desk, sofa, TV and fast wifi. Renter pays for electricity, snow removal and housekeeping when needed. All other utilities including propane, cable, wifi and trash disposal is covered within the rental amount.
