Our villa is less than 3 minutes walking distance to the beach, shopping, eateries and sits among the old growth oaks of the Caligny Beach District. It's designed in the "surf shack" style reminiscent of the owners years of playing beach volleyball. This is typically a weekly rental, but the owner is willing to offer a monthly rental for February 2026. Monthly rental now available for December of 2025 through February.
