Upon moving in each tenant will be responsible for the first months rent and the security deposit must also be for the same amount so if you paid $1000 rent for the first month, your security deposit will also be $1000. The house is big enough. You don't even notice when other people are or not home. The Home has hardwood floors throughout the first floor and tile in the bathrooms wood in the hallways and newer carpet in the bedrooms. Looking for a long-term tenants with good credit and good employment that's verifiable. No smoking permitted anywhere in the house. No drugs or parties without prior permission. Professionals are preferred so they have similar schedules and there's no conflicts. No animals allowed under any circumstances, no exceptions! Private beach is less than a block away. There's docks to store your boat or other water toys. Motorized vehicles (golf carts, 3 or 4 wheelers, scooters, mini bikes and such) ARE ALLOWED in the neighborhood but not outside of West Shore Park. Landlord will be responsible for maintaining the lawn in the summer but it's up to the tenants to remove snow in the winter. All electric, gas, WiFi/entertainment, water and refuse bills are split by each tenant equally unless there's a specific reason known ahead of time and approved by all tenants and landlord.
