Great house with a lot more potential. Huge kitchen, living room, and one 'bedroom' downstairs. Second floor has 1 bedroom with a spare room connected (has been used as nursery and a walk in closet) 2 more bedrooms, and bathroom. Has been updated, brand new plumbing (including hot water tank) brand new electrical (including breaker box). Have been remodeling the home (replacing floors, painting rooms, etc) Needs a little more work done but I have to relocate for my job. Asking $35,000 but will consider reasonable offers.
