A hotel-style key-card lock on each Room creates a safe, private 16.5'x11' space with plenty of built in storage. The gym-type bathrooms and showers are shared, and the kitchen is large enough for everyone. Rent includes all utilities - even WIFI! Walk or bike to most areas of Montpelier, coin-op/app laundry on-site, no pets. The community is a mix of: summer interns, newly graduated HS or college, new job in town, traveling nurses, AmeriCorps, moving/selling transitions, state legislators in for the season, and people who work in town. Minimum 1 month rental, can go month to month or sign for a set number of months. There are 2 parking areas + on-street parking, but parking is not guaranteed (so far there's been plenty). It is NOT a shared room unless you bring your own roommate -- the 2 mattresses are standard per room. Background check required.
